National Museum of Nuclear Science & History

A replica of 'Fat Man' nuclear bomb is on display at the museum. I also saw a replica at the Wright-Patterson AF Base Museum in Dayton, Ohio along with 'Bockcar'. Fat Man was dropped by 'Bockcar'on Nagasaki Japan, Aug. 9th 1945. Japan surrendered on Aug. 15th, 1945 ending WWII.
